Blind people read Braille, they can not follow printed or digital documents. It is really a shame that more and more people mainly new generations read less.

You cannot be serious! Blindness is a real thing! It is a medical condition where you can only see small amounts of light and shadows. A lot of people know that blindness does exist. Clearly, you are not educated enough to know that some people's senses are not able to function properly. I think you have to learn your senses again and that's little kid stuff.

Well I never thought anyone would take this comment seriously, but for the record all blind people have to do to watch a movie is turn on the closed caption.....

I don't know how I did either ha ha! Anyways, since the words can be read upon the screen, close captioning would actually be for the deaf. There is actually a feature for the blind that can describe surroundings and whatnot to the person listening. The person also could read the book since braille is available to them.

I'm one of 4 visually impaired kids. I'm the oldest and have always been the guinea pig when it comes to new devices and programs. I could really see the benefits of having a device like this. I wouldn't need my mom or younger sister to take me to the doctor so I can have them help me fill out forms. I'm really excited to see where this technology will go.

I am almost deaf. I need a hearing aid to decipher more than one person talking to me, background noise is horrific. I read lips in a pinch. Having a device that helps a disability is a God send.
